Three days in October. A year-round ecosystem.

The Seed Empowerment Program is the flagship initiative of OneChurch International's Kingdom Impact Team. It's a hands-on training event - three days of skill tracks, business sessions, and community for creatives, entrepreneurs, and young professionals who are serious about building.

But SEP doesn't stop in October. Webinars, a career fair, monthly business devotionals, and the SEP Hub Directory make it a year-round platform. See everything we do →

Three days. Three conversations that matter.

Each day opens with a main session for everyone - then skill tracks resume. Here's what's on the main stage.

Day 01 · Thursday · Keynote
Building a Business That Outlasts You

What happens to your business when you're no longer in the room? This keynote goes beyond profit to the deeper work of building something that endures - a business anchored in values, run with integrity, and structured to outlive its founder. We'll explore values-driven leadership: how your convictions shape your culture, your decisions, and your legacy, and why the businesses that last are built on more than ambition.

Day 02 · Friday · Session
Building a Global Brand from Scratch

How do you take a business born in Lagos to the world? This session unpacks what it really takes to build a brand that travels - positioning, storytelling, quality standards, and the mindset shift from local hustle to global player. Practical lessons from someone who has done it, for anyone ready to think bigger than their current market.

Day 03 · Saturday · Panel
The Creator Economy

The private life behind the public work. Building an online platform looks exciting from the outside - but behind every post is a real person managing pressure, comparison, and the question of who they are when the camera is off. This honest panel brings creators together to talk about building and monetising a platform without losing yourself: staying rooted in faith and community, handling visibility, and creating with substance. For young people building online - or thinking about starting.

Ten skill tracks. Pick the one you can charge for by December.

Each track runs across all three days with a working professional facilitating. You practise - you don't just watch. Choose your track when you register.

Reach thousands of young Nigerian entrepreneurs at the moment they're deciding what to build.

SEP attendees are young, ambitious, and buying. Our sponsors don't just sponsor a logo on a banner - they meet the exact audience they've been trying to reach.
