Seed Empowerment Program (SEP) 2026 is a free three-day skills training event in Lagos, Nigeria. It runs October 8-10, 2026 at One Church Auditorium, KM 23 Lekki-Epe Expressway, Sangotedo, Lagos. Ten hands-on skill tracks are offered, alongside real business teaching and a community that stays with you long after October. Free to attend, open to everyone 16 and older.

What is SEP

Three days in October. A year-round programme.

SEP is a free annual skills and entrepreneurship training event organized by OneChurch International's Kingdom Impact Team. The 2026 event targets 1,500+ young Nigerian entrepreneurs and creators. It operates as two tracks: main-stage business talks and ten hands-on skill training tracks. Skills taught include social media ads, photography, public speaking, makeup artistry, hairstyling, graphics design, video editing, candle making, shoe-making, and content creation. All facilitators are working professionals who earn from their skill. There is no attendance fee. SEP also runs monthly webinars, a career fair, a business devotionals newsletter, and the SEP Hub Directory as part of a year-round ecosystem. See everything we do →

What happens to your business when you're no longer in the room? This keynote goes beyond profit to the deeper work of building something that endures - a business anchored in values, run with integrity, and structured to outlive its founder. We'll explore values-driven leadership: how your convictions shape your culture, your decisions, and your legacy, and why the businesses that last are built on more than ambition.

Building a global brand from scratch

How do you take a business born in Lagos to the world? This session unpacks what it really takes to build a brand that travels - positioning, storytelling, quality standards, and the mindset shift from local hustle to global player. Practical lessons from someone who has done it, for anyone ready to think bigger than their current market.

The creator economy

The private life behind the public work. Building an online platform looks exciting from the outside - but behind every post is a real person managing pressure, comparison, and the question of who they are when the camera is off. This honest panel brings creators together to talk about building and monetising a platform without losing yourself: staying rooted in faith and community, handling visibility, and creating with substance. For young people building online - or thinking about starting.

More. The October event is our flagship, but SEP runs all year: monthly webinars on business, career, and finance, the SEP Career Fair in April, monthly business devotionals, and soon the SEP Hub Directory.
No. SEP is open to everyone. Most attendees come through the church family, but you're just as welcome if you heard about us from a friend, a workmate, or Instagram.
Nothing. SEP is free to attend. It's funded by sponsors and the OneChurch community. You do need to register in advance to reserve a seat, since we cap each skill track by capacity.
One primary track. The deep work happens when you commit to one skill across all three days. You'll still get to see the main business teaching sessions with everyone else.

Yes, light breakfast is provided each day.
