SEP 2026 is completely free. There is no charge to register or to attend. We will never ask you to pay for a seat.
Registering for SEP 2026 reserves your seat. Seats and skill tracks are subject to availability.
If your chosen skill track is full by the time we process your registration, we may contact you to choose a different one.
If you register but are unable to attend, please let us know in advance at hello@seedempowermentprogram.com. Seats that are not claimed on the day may be offered to others.
When you register, you choose one skill track. We will confirm your track and share details about what to bring and what to expect closer to the event.
If you need to change your track after registering, email hello@seedempowermentprogram.com and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
By attending SEP 2026, you agree that photos and video may be taken during the event. These may be used to promote SEP and its programs, including on our website, social media, and in materials we share with our community and partners.
If you do not want your image used, let a member of our team know at the event, or email hello@seedempowermentprogram.com before attending and we will make a note.
SEP is a welcoming, faith-based community event. We ask everyone, including speakers, facilitators, volunteers, and fellow attendees, to treat each other with respect.
We reserve the right to ask anyone who is behaving disruptively or disrespectfully to leave the event.
