Privacy policy

How we look after your information.

We keep this short and plain. If something is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

Who we are

Seed Empowerment Program (SEP) is a program of OneChurch International, based in Lagos, Nigeria. We run a free three-day skills training event for young people, along with other programs throughout the year.

If you have any questions about this policy, email us at hello@seedempowermentprogram.com.

What we collect

When you register for SEP 2026, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, your chosen skill track, and how you heard about us.

When you subscribe to Business Devotionals, we collect your first and last name and your email address.

We do not collect any payment information. SEP is free to attend.

Why we collect it

We use your registration details to confirm your place at the event and send you information about SEP 2026.

We use your name and email address to send you the Business Devotionals newsletter, if you subscribed to it.

We do not use your data for anything else.

Where your data is stored

Your data is handled by trusted third-party service providers who help us store information and send emails on our behalf. These providers have their own security protections in place, and we only work with providers we trust.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

We only share data with the service providers we use to run SEP, and only to the extent they need it to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is needed to run SEP and any follow-up community programs. When your data is no longer needed, or when you ask us to remove it, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, update, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@seedempowermentprogram.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If you subscribed to Business Devotionals, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email.

Photography and video

Photos and video are taken at our events. These may be used on our website, social media, and in materials we share with our community and partners to promote SEP.

If you would prefer not to appear in any photos or video, let a member of our team know on the day, or email us before the event. See our event terms for more detail.
